Officially, my independent release of the final book in the Warm Bodies series ran its course, the physical copies sold out, and The Living will now remain out of print until the next phase of my career allows me to reissue it. (Explanation HERE)

But unofficially…I have unearthed several boxes that I was saving to sell at book events. Since I’ve exiled myself to the wilderness and don’t see any book events in my near future, I’ve decided to sell them here. Every copy will be signed (I can’t personalize them, sorry) and will include several Warm Bodies stickers and a 2-sided bookmark designed by me.

(This bookmark actually contains the last thoughts of R, extending slightly beyond the book’s ending…if you can read them.)

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE ORDERING!

SHIPPING:

This is a very rustic operation, so please don’t expect “professionalism!” When you buy the book, I will personally ship it to you whenever I get around to it. I have no mailbox and the nearest post office is a 30 minute drive down a muddy mountain path, so I can’t make any guarantees on shipping time. I will do it in batches, usually once a week, whenever I head into town for supplies. You will get a receipt when you order, but I will not be able to send shipping confirmations or tracking numbers. You will just have to trust me!

If it’s been more than a month since you ordered, something might have gone wrong so feel free to contact me then. Before that, please be patient. :)

CONDITION OF BOOKS:

These books have been shuffling around the state and sitting in storage units for 5 years. Most of them are still pristine, but some may have dings and dents. They should be considered antique artifacts and are being SOLD AS-IS, FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS. I will not ship any severely damaged copies, but minor defects should be anticipated. If it does show up severely damaged, it was done by the Postal Service and I cannot do anything about that. (I don’t have a system for tracking returns or refunds. It is what it is!)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

With apologies to my friends abroad, I am not able to ship internationally as the customs process is too complex and labor intensive for me to handle by hand, and I need to keep this whole thing very streamlined so I don’t get confused! HOWEVER, you are welcome to order a copy using a PACKAGE FORWARDING SERVICE, which is a cool thing I just discovered where you order using their address and then they forward it on to you in whatever country you live in. One such company that appears reputable is Forward2Me, but feel free to look around and use whatever service you prefer.

ONE PER PERSON:

In the interest of fairness and simplicity of shipping, I am limiting this to one book per order. I can’t stop you from going through checkout multiple times if you really need more copies, but this should at least deter any “scalpers” from buying up the whole stock. The main reason I’m doing this whole thing is just to give dedicated readers another chance to finish the story, so I want to make sure everyone gets a fair shot before this book is gone forever! (hopefully not forever, but…)

Ok that’s all! My stern tone here represents my desire to keep this operation contained and avoid adding a lot of new problems to my life, but rest assured, I love you very much! Now at last…
